About

Each session, whether in person or online, is thoughtfully tailored to your unique emotional, psychological, and physical needs, as well as your unique pace and lived experience.
Rooted in a trauma-informed, person‑centred approach, these sessions invite reflection, emotional processing, and authentic expression through art‑making, helping you reconnect with yourself and discover new pathways to understanding, healing, and growth.
