Art has a beautiful way of bringing people together and group art therapy offers a chance to connect, create, and heal in community. These sessions provide a supportive, non‑judgmental space where participants can explore creativity, share experiences, and feel seen among others who understand.
I offer group art therapy for both children and adults, with themes and formats designed to meet different needs: from emotional well‑being and creative self‑expression to connection, self‑discovery, and resilience. Whether the group is focused on stress relief, identity exploration, trauma recovery, or simply being in mindful creative presence with others, each session is designed to foster a sense of belonging and shared growth.
Together, we use art‑making, reflection, and discussion to uncover insight, strengthen self‑awareness, and build supportive relationships.
Group sizes are kept small to maintain safety and intimacy, and all materials are provided. Sessions may be held in‑studio or virtually.
